As a Marketing Specialist at ProV International, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels. Your expertise in current marketing tools and strategies will drive the success of integrated campaigns from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include strategizing and implementing digital marketing initiatives, encompassing SEO/SEM, email, social media, display advertising, and content marketing. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to ensure cohesive marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience. You will be tasked with optimizing campaigns based on key performance indicators such as ROI, CTR, and conversion rates. Managing budgets effectively and monitoring SEO best practices to enhance organic traffic will be key aspects of your role. Additionally, creating compelling content for blogs, social media, and other platforms, in coordination with designers and copywriters, will be vital to engaging our audience. In the realm of social media management, you will oversee and grow our social media presence while maintaining a consistent brand voice and identity. Developing strategies to boost followers, engagement, and brand loyalty will be pivotal to our digital marketing success. Utilizing analytics tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush, you will monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimization. Your expertise in paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads, will be instrumental in testing and refining ad creatives and audience targeting. Collaboration with the sales team to align campaigns with sales objectives and partnering with external agencies and vendors when necessary will be crucial for cross-functional success. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
