Job Description

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, working with internal and external partners, and launching new products in the competitive Indian market. Your key responsibilities will include: - Successfully directing and executing comprehensive retail operations and integrated marketing campaigns for new product launches, such as the Google Pixel line, within the Indian market. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective offline and digital marketing strategies that significantly boost brand visibility, consideration, and preference. - Partnering closely with key internal stakeholders and external agencies to create and execute impactful marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives and driving measurable sales growth. - Conducting in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging industry trends, consumer insights, and new growth opportunities. - Facilitating seamless collaboration between sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure channel marketing strategies align with overall business goals. - Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key channel partners to drive sell-through, execute co-marketing initiatives, and enhance the customer experience. To excel in this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 7+ years of experience in product marketing, retail and channel marketing, or brand management. - Experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. - Preferred qualifications include experience in consumer electronics, technology, or telecommunications industry, success in managing high-profile product launches, understanding of Indian retail and e-commerce landscape, strong project management skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, analytical skills, and experience in budget management.
