Develop and execute a marketing strategy for the game, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans, Establish regular connections with the community of players, gather feedback and suggestions and grow the community with planned activities and events, Craft and execute dynamic marketing campaigns around in-game events, producing vibrant promotional materials and engaging content strategies that drive acquisition and engagement, Lead social media management across platforms, crafting a consistent brand voice with compelling local content published weekly, Analyze user preferences and social media metrics to continuously optimize content strategies and maximize audience engagement, Provide detailed qualitative and quantitative reports on campaign and social media performance, offering actionable insights for improvement, Collaborate with streamers, influencers, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to amplify brand reach and generate buzz, Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely, aligned, and high-quality content delivery to our users, Collaborate with agencies, celebrities or other partners to improve organic traffic and engagement for the brand Job Requirements 5+ years of proven experience in the marketing roles, preferably within the gaming or entertainment industry, Strong expertise in planning and executing successful game launches and ongoing marketing campaigns, Deep understanding of social media management, content creation, and community engagement strategies, especially for the gaming community, Good communication skills in English, Passion for gaming and interest in Cricket will be a plus point
