Bangalore Marketing Entry Level

Job Description

Identify, plan, and recruit high-potential creators across social media channels to strengthen the partner program.
Track creator performance using analytics tools; review KPIs and provide actionable feedback to drive content quality and impact.
Act as the main point of contact for Free Fire MAX content creators, addressing queries related to content, gameplay, or events on a day-to-day basis.
Ensure creator-generated content aligns with brand guidelines.
Plan and execute creator-led campaigns, tournaments, and events that boost community engagement and brand visibility.
Coordinate with internal teams to streamline creator collaborations, content approvals, and campaign execution.

Job Requirements

Final-year students or recent graduates with a minimum of 6 months’ experience in influencer/creator management or social media marketing internships.
Good understanding of content trends and experience in tracking and analyzing digital performance metrics.
Passionate about gaming with familiarity with Free Fire MAX or similar competitive titles.
Able to manage a wide variety of creator relationships.
Fluent in both English and Hindi (spoken and written).
