Senior Marketing Head

TESCRA India is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Marketing Head to lead and oversee all marketing activities. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and contribute to overall business growth. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, capable of managing a team, analyzing market trends, and making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, providing guidance and support. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends. Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, content, etc). Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources. Analyze marketing performance data and generate reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve common goals. Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
