· To be responsible for mobilizing deposit products and help the Advance department to lend more loan products

· To be punctual and carry positive attitude always towards business development
· To enrol for daily con call and ensure the presence for video conferencing with any executives
· To be ready always with performance data for internal monitoring of self-performance appraisal
· To get updated with marketing environment and thoroughly screen changes for business development opportunities
· To report directly to DGM – Business Development for daily/weekly/monthly potential members’ meeting and share their details in a given template
· To attend training for upscaling of skills, knowledge and abilities
· To train new marketing executives for promoting our products and teach tactical way of doing marketing
