Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution

    : Own end-to-end execution of retail marketing campaigns, ensuring timely rollout across all locations.
  • Manual Calendar Management

    : Maintain and update the retail marketing calendar, aligning with brand, sales, and seasonal priorities.
  • BTL Activation

    : Plan and implement Below The Line (BTL) activities including in-store promotions, sampling, local events, and brand visibility efforts.
  • NSO (New Store Openings)

    : Lead marketing strategy and execution for new store launches, including pre-launch buzz, opening day events, and post-launch engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination

    : Liaise with store operations, visual merchandising, sales, and external vendors to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
  • Vendor & Agency Management

    : Coordinate with creative agencies, print vendors, and event partners for timely production and deployment.
  • Performance Tracking

    : Monitor campaign effectiveness and footfall impact, providing actionable insights for future improvements.
