Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews.
  • Prepare interview schedules, send out invitations, and follow up on candidate attendance.
  • Negotiate salary packages and other benefits with selected candidates.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field (retail HR).
  • MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong understanding of non-IT recruitment processes and retail industry trends.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with hiring managers, candidates, and clients.
