Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is located in Rajarhat. The Real Estate marketing Executive will be responsible for develop and executes marketing strategies for a real estate firm's properties and services by overseeing digital and traditional campaigns, market research, and branding. Key responsibilities include using digital channels like social media and email to generate leads, managing marketing budgets, collaborating with sales teams, and analyzing campaign performance to drive sales and enhance the company's online presence

Qualifications & Core responsibilities

• Strategy and planning:

   Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies, including both traditional (ATL) and digital (BTL) campaigns. 

• Digital marketing:

   Manage and execute digital marketing efforts such as social media marketing, email campaigns, search engine optimization (SEO), and paid advertising (like Google and Facebook ads). 

• Market analysis:

   Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and target audiences. 

• Campaign management:

   Oversee project branding, advertising, promotional activities, and track campaign performance to ensure goals are met. 

• Lead generation and sales support:

   Collaborate with the sales team to generate qualified leads and support revenue growth through various marketing initiatives. 

• Budget and vendor management:

   Manage marketing budgets, relationships with vendors, and coordinate events or property expos. 

• Team leadership:

   Lead, guide, and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental objectives
• Experience in CRM software
• Experience in the local market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
