About the Role

Looking to take full ownership of a business units marketing roadmap? This is a high-impact opportunity for a self-driven marketer to lead and shape the complete marketing function for a rapidly growing tech-led business unit.

Youll be responsible for driving brand visibility, crafting GTM strategies, executing digital campaigns, refining website messaging, and generating qualified leads. If youre someone who thrives on both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Go-To-Market Strategy

  • Contribute to early-stage GTM planning for new solutions.
  • Act as a link between product, sales, and marketing to maintain brand consistency.
  • Prioritize and plan initiatives to generate inbound leads and increase market presence.

2. Content & Brand Messaging

  • Own content strategy for LinkedIn and other social platforms.
  • Create impactful website content, campaign messaging, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with sales to build sales decks, case studies, and email sequences.

3. Campaign Management

  • Plan, run, and optimize campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and email platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy, and manage campaign budgets.
  • Monitor campaign metrics using analytics tools and report on performance.

4. Website & SEO

  • Define clear, value-driven messaging for the website.
  • Coordinate with design/dev teams to build a conversion-optimized experience.
  • Apply SEO best practices to enhance organic visibility.

5. Event Branding & Lead Gen

  • Support event marketing with consistent branding and communication materials.
  • Design and run lead gen campaigns to support business development goals.

6. Ownership & Collaboration

  • Be the single point of contact for all marketing activities of the business unit.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including leadership.
  • Bring energy, ownership, and initiative to scale marketing from the ground up.

What Youll Need

  • 4–7 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in startups or lean teams.
  • Proven skills in:
    • Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads
    • SEO & content marketing
    • Email marketing tools & automation
    • Website positioning and UX collaboration
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently, with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.
  • Understanding of GTM strategy and sales enablement techniques.
