Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Conduct thorough analysis of complex systems to identify defects and bugs.
Create detailed reports of test results and recommend process improvements.
Participate in agile development methodologies to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Work closely with developers to resolve issues and enhance overall product quality.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of manual testing principles and methodologies.
Experience working on international BPO projects, preferably in payments and swift banking.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information clearly.
Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and quality assurance processes.
Strong knowledge of banking domain and payment systems is an added advantage.
