Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Conduct thorough analysis of complex systems to identify defects and bugs.
Create detailed reports of test results and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
Participate in agile methodologies such as Scrum to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve testing processes.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of manual testing principles and methodologies.
Experience working on international BPO projects, preferably in payments and swift banking.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
Strong knowledge of testing tools and frameworks, including automation testing.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems is desirable.
