Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Conduct thorough analysis of software applications to identify defects and bugs.
Work closely with developers to resolve issues and improve overall product quality.
Participate in agile development methodologies to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve testing processes.

Job Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in manual testing, preferably in the IT Service & Consulting industry.
Strong knowledge of manual testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
Experience working on international BPO projects, particularly in payments and SWIFT banking.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders.
Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies.
