Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Manual Tester with 6 to 11 years of experience to join our team in the IT Service & Consulting industry, specifically in Payments & SWIFT Banking (International BPO). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual testing and be able to work effectively in an international BPO setting.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Conduct thorough analysis of software applications to identify defects and bugs.
Work closely with developers to resolve issues and improve overall product quality.
Participate in agile development methodologies to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve testing processes.

Job Requirements

Minimum 6 years of experience in manual testing, preferably in the IT Service & Consulting industry.
Strong knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
Experience working in an international BPO environment is highly desirable.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Strong understanding of payments and SWIFT banking systems is preferred.
