Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Client Advisory & Investment Solutions:

  • Review clients financial information and investment goals to provide tailored solutions in collaboration with the Research and Advisory team
  • Align service delivery to ensure an enhanced client experience
  • Conduct risk profiling for all mapped clients and recommend investment products based on their risk appetite

Business Development & Portfolio Growth:

  • Track HNI/Ultra HNI segments for new client acquisition
  • Formulate and implement outbound and inbound sales plans to increase client base and portfolio size
  • Achieve growth in relationship value, revenue, and client stickiness
  • Drive product-wise targets and cross-sell relevant wealth products based on client demographics, lifestyle, and risk profile

Market Research & Strategy:

  • Monitor financial markets, investment opportunities, and market trends to align solutions with client portfolios
  • Benchmark peers, review key initiatives, and provide market insights to improve performance

Reporting & Performance Management:

  • Maintain daily/weekly sales reports, performance records, and forecasts
  • Ensure timely review and discussion of MIS reports

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Provide smooth, high-quality service delivery and address client needs proactively
  • Maintain an external network to identify business opportunities

Compliance & Regulatory Adherence:

  • Ensure all client interactions and product recommendations comply with regulatory requirements and organizational policies
  • Promote adherence to diversity, equity, and inclusion principles in client management and team interactions

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • 515 years of experience in Investment Advisory or Wealth Management
  • MBA, CA, or equivalent from a premium institute
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CFP, NISM)
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, market trends, and regulatory requirements
