• Work with procurement team and buyers to source the right products.
• Negotiate with the vendors & suppliers
• Plan and implement logistical strategy, ensuring targets are met.
• Oversee product storage, handling and distribution.
• Review the requirements of all pharmacy store departments.
• Responsible for supervision & training of staff.
• To supervise and monitor Stock time to time.
• Escalate any supply concerns to ensure timely corrective actions.
• Design or implement supply chains that support business strategies adapted to changing market conditions, new business opportunities, or cost reduction strategies.
• Implement new or improved supply chain processes.
• Monitor forecasts and quotas to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain activities.
• Monitor supplier performance to assess the ability to meet quality and delivery requirements. • Any other work assigned by the senior management.
• To maintain all documentation & processes as per NABH requirements.
