Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Lead design projects from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for complex engineering problems. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including CAD drawings, BOMs, and P&IDs. Provide guidance on design standards, best practices, and company policies to junior engineers. Participate in new product development (NPD) activities such as design reviews, prototyping, and testing.
