Responsibilities

Drive client engagements, workshops, and roadmap planning for Power BI and Fabric adoption Define visualization strategy, standards, and best practices across industries ( Retail, CPG, Oil and Gas etc.) Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including data engineers, cloud architects, and business stakeholders Mentor and grow a team of BI developers, analysts, and visualization consultants Contribute to IP development, accelerators, and reusable components for the practice Stay ahead of Microsoft roadmap updates and evangelize new features across internal and client teams Manage client engagements in the GCC space

Mandatory skill sets

12+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or data consulting, with at least 5 years in Power BI Deep expertise in Power BI architecture, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling Handson experience with Microsoft Fabric, including unified data lake architecture and realtime analytics Strong understanding of data governance, security, and enterprise deployment models Proven success in leading clientfacing engagements and delivering scalable visualization solutions Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills

Preferred skill sets

Certifications in Fabric and Power BI Experience in working with GCCs

BE, B.Tech, ME, M,Tech, MBA, MCA (60% above)
