Senior Manager User Experience

Role Overview: You will be working on various project teams at Zenoti to develop user-centric designs for Zenoti components. As a UX designer, you will lead the interaction design efforts and develop user interface design proposals that prioritize simplicity, relevance to the user, and high-end visual solutions. You will be responsible for producing high-quality mockups, documentation, prototypes, and ensuring that design concepts are successfully translated into quality web pages. Your role will also involve working closely with cross-functional teams, development teams, and advocating for end-users and customers throughout the product cycle. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the interaction design efforts and develop user interface design proposals - Produce high-quality mockups, documentation, and prototypes - Remain involved in the design process from start to finish - Successfully communicate conceptual ideas to cross-functional teams - Work closely with development teams to ensure successful translation of mockups into web pages - Create briefs for usability studies and support with adequate information and prototypes - Research best practices and feasibility for new project ideas - Release new features into production every month and gather feedback for refinement - Obsess about the quality of work produced and be proud of your contributions Qualifications Required: - 12+ years of experience as a UX designer on web and mobile applications - Familiarity with emerging design trends and standards - Thorough understanding of usability principles and standards in design - Experience in software usability including usability tests, cognitive walkthroughs, surveys, interviews, and other methodologies - Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment - Demonstrated expertise in the field through design samples and case studies Please note that the additional details of the company have been omitted in this job description.,
