We are seeking an experienced leader to lead the end-to-end user experience strategy, design execution, and team development for our products. This role combines hands-on design expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring that every interaction across our products is intuitive, consistent, and user focused.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the global UX design team, guiding designers through ideation, prototyping, and delivery of high-quality user experiences.
• Define and implement UX strategies aligned with product and business goals.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to translate requirements into seamless user journeys.
• Drive user research, usability testing, and design validation to ensure decisions are data-driven and user-centered.
• Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and UX standards across platforms.
• Mentor and coach UX designers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of emerging UX trends, tools, and best practices to keep the organization at the forefront of design innovation.
• Advocate for the voice of the customer in all product decisions.

Experience Required

• 14+ years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in a UX leadership role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design thinking and execution across multiple digital platforms (web, mobile, etc.).
• Proficiency in tools like Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Deep understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.
• Proven experience managing and scaling UX teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Background in HCI, Interaction Design, Product Design, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in design, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
