Senior Manager User Experience

As a UI/UX Designer, your primary responsibility will be to design high-end, client-ready prototypes that effectively demonstrate product concepts. You will create intuitive and visually compelling user experiences (UX) as well as pixel-perfect interfaces (UI) for both web and mobile applications. Collaboration with the product team is essential to transform business needs into impactful designs. Ensuring a consistent and seamless user experience across various platforms will be a key focus, along with identifying and resolving UX challenges such as responsiveness and usability. Continuous validation and refinement of designs based on real-world user data and feedback are crucial aspects of this role. It will also be important to stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and AI-driven design solutions. To qualify for this position, you should have at least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design with a solid understanding of UX/UI principles. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Figma is required. You should also be skilled in quick sketching techniques and adept at creating accurate wireframes. A strong understanding of AI-driven design tools and principles is essential. The ability to conceptualize, execute, and deliver designs from ideation to final implementation is a key requirement. Strong multi-tasking abilities, a proactive problem-solving approach, and the ability to work efficiently within a team are necessary. Meeting tight deadlines and ensuring precision in project completion are important.
