As a Leader, User Experience Design at Archer in Bengaluru, India, you will play a crucial role in shaping the end-to-end user experience strategy, design execution, and team development for the products. Your focus will be on ensuring that every interaction across the products is intuitive, consistent, and user-focused. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the global UX design team, providing guidance through ideation, prototyping, and delivery of high-quality user experiences. - Define and implement UX strategies that are aligned with product and business goals. - Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to translate requirements into seamless user journeys. - Drive user research, usability testing, and design validation to ensure decisions are data-driven and user-centered. - Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and UX standards across platforms. - Mentor and coach UX designers to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. - Stay updated on emerging UX trends, tools, and best practices to keep the organization at the forefront of design innovation. - Advocate for the voice of the customer in all product decisions. **Experience Required:** - 14+ years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in a UX leadership role. - Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design thinking and execution across multiple digital platforms (web, mobile, etc.). - Proficiency in tools like Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. - Deep understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles. - Proven experience in managing and scaling UX teams. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Background in HCI, Interaction Design, Product Design, or related field. - Bachelors degree in design, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
