Senior Manager User Experience

Role Overview: You will work on various project teams to develop user-centric designs for Zenoti components. Leading the interaction design efforts, you will adhere to standards and guidelines established. Your responsibilities will include developing user interface design proposals that embody simplicity, relevance to the user, and high-end visual solutions. You will produce high-quality mockups to support concept and design briefs. Additionally, you will undertake documentation such as sitemaps, wireframes, task flows, interaction designs, use cases, flow charts, and navigation models. Prototyping of navigation models and interaction designs for demonstration and usability testing will be part of your tasks. You will remain involved in the design process from start to finish, seeing concepts through to finalized mockups, and thoroughly identifying all edge cases. Your role will also involve successfully communicating conceptual ideas to cross-functional teams and working closely with the Development teams to ensure that mockups are successfully translated into quality web pages. Furthermore, you will create briefs for usability studies and support them with adequate information and prototypes or material. Researching on best practices and feasibility for new project ideas will also be part of your responsibilities. You will release new features into production every month and gather real feedback from thousands of customers to refine your designs and ensure the adoption of product capabilities. You are expected to be proud of your work and obsess about the quality of the work you produce. Key Responsibilities: - Work on various project teams to develop user-centric designs for Zenoti components - Lead the interaction design efforts adhering to standards and guidelines established - Develop user interface design proposals embodying simplicity, relevance to the user, and high-end visual solutions - Produce high-quality mockups to support concept and design briefs - Undertake documentation including sitemaps, wireframes, task flows, interaction designs, use cases, flow charts, and navigation models - Prototype navigation models and interaction designs for demonstration and usability testing - Remain involved in the design process from start to finish, identifying all edge cases - Successfully communicate conceptual ideas to cross-functional teams - Work closely with Development teams to ensure successful translation of mockups into quality web pages - Create briefs for usability studies and support them with adequate information and prototypes or material - Research best practices and feasibility for new project ideas - Release new features into production monthly and gather real feedback from customers to refine designs - Be proud of your work and obsess about the quality of the work you produce Qualifications Required: - 12+ years of experience as a UX designer on web and mobile applications - Familiarity and up-to-date with emerging design trends and designs - Thorough understanding of usability principles and standards in design - Software usability experience such as performing and overseeing usability tests, cognitive walkthroughs, heuristics evaluations, surveys, interviews, competitive analyses, task and needs analyses, user profiling, and other usability methodologies is highly desirable - Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing, startup environment - Demonstrated expertise in the field by providing design samples and case studies as part of the interview process,
