Senior Manager User Experience

As a UI/UX designer in our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the digital experiences of our products. Your main responsibilities will include: - Designing high-end, client-ready prototypes to effectively demonstrate product concepts. - Creating intuitive and visually compelling user experiences (UX) and pixel-perfect interfaces (UI) for web and mobile applications. - Collaborating closely with the product team to translate business needs into impactful designs. - Maintaining a consistent and seamless user experience across various platforms. - Identifying and resolving UX challenges such as responsiveness and usability. - Continuously validating and refining designs based on real-world user data and feedback. - Staying ahead of the latest design trends, tools, and AI-driven design solutions. In order to excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong understanding of UX/UI principles. - Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Figma. - Proficiency in quick sketching techniques and the ability to create accurate wireframes. - Strong understanding of AI-driven design tools and principles. - Ability to conceptualize, execute, and deliver designs from ideation to final implementation. - Strong multi-tasking abilities and a resourceful, proactive approach to problem-solving. - Ability to meet tight deadlines and work efficiently within a collaborative team environment. - Excellent follow-through skills, ensuring all projects are completed with precision. - A CAN-DO ATTITUDE, ready to tackle challenges with creativity and determination!,
