Location: Gurgaon

Salary: Up to ₹14 LPA (depending on experience and interview performance)

Are you an experienced HR professional with expertise in Non-IT recruitment? We are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruitment and build a strong talent pipeline for diverse verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead overall recruitment from sourcing to hiring for mid to senior-level positions

✅ Manage lateral hiring in Sales & Non-IT domains

✅ Build and maintain a high-quality talent database through portals, referrals, walk-ins & more

✅ Write & review JDs, align recruitment plans with business needs

✅ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements

✅ Manage vendor relationships & recruitment trackers

✅ Lead and mentor a team of 5–7 recruiters

What We’re Looking For:

🎓 MBA in HR (mandatory)

💼 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (Non-IT focus)

💻 Strong knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint

🌟 Excellent leadership & stakeholder management skills
