Senior Manager Trims sourcing

As a Senior Manager - Trims Sourcing, you will play a crucial role in managing the procurement of trims in the Garment/Apparel/Textile Industry. Your key responsibilities will include: - Sourcing & Negotiation: - Identifying and selecting suppliers for trims - Negotiating prices and terms with suppliers - Ensuring timely delivery of materials - Supplier Management: - Developing and maintaining relationships with trim suppliers - Evaluating supplier performance - Managing potential risks associated with suppliers - Quality Control: - Implementing and maintaining quality control standards for sourced trims - Ensuring that the trims meet the required specifications - Budget Management: - Monitoring and managing the trim sourcing budget - Implementing cost-effective sourcing strategies Additionally, you will be responsible for team management to effectively execute the sourcing strategies.
