Senior Manager - Territory Sales, New Cars PV

The role requires you to implement and drive the Spares sales strategy of the Region through Service & Retail network and process implementation. Your primary goal is to achieve desired Parts Sales, Consumption, Penetration, and Channel Partner profitability within company policy and management guidelines. You will be responsible for the Offtake & Retail of Spare Parts Business, Spares Processes implementation, Spares Audits, Spares Promotion, Retail Network Development, Market feedback & benchmarking, and Training & Manpower Assessment. In this role, you will interact with various internal stakeholders such as SPD HQ Sales, BTST, Warehousing & Logistics, Technical cell, Field Team RCCM, CCM, RSPMM, CX Team for customer complaint resolution, and IT for IT-related support & initiatives. Externally, you will engage with Channel Partners for Sales & Schemes Promotion, Target achievements, process adherence, Network development, Training, and Manpower Assessment. The ideal candidate for this position should have a B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical) education with a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 10 years of work experience. Required technical skills include proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SAP, and CRM. Other essential skills and competencies include Strategic Thinking for short and long-term planning, Analytical skills to analyze data and identify trends, Comfort in handling a fast-paced, dynamic environment, Collaboration as a strong team player, Financial Management focusing on Working capital and P&L statement of CPs, Negotiation Skills for objection handling, and Sales promotion & Business Development.,
