Senior Manager - Territory Sales, New Cars PV

Role Overview: You will be responsible for implementing and driving the Spares sales strategy of the region through the Service & Retail network. Your main focus will be on achieving desired Parts Sales, Consumption, Penetration, and Channel Partner profitability within company policy and management guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Off take & Retail of Spare Parts Business - Implementing Spares Processes - Conducting Spares Audits - Promoting Spares - Developing Retail Network - Providing Market feedback & benchmarking - Conducting Training & Manpower Assessment Qualification Required: - Education: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical) - Work Experience: Minimum 5 years, Maximum 10 years Additional Company Details: You will have interactions with various stakeholders both internally and externally. Internally, you will collaborate with SPD HQ Sales, BTST, Warehousing & Logistics, Technical cell, Field Team (RCCM, CCM, RSPMM), CX Team, and IT for IT related support & initiatives. Externally, you will engage with Channel Partners for Sales & Schemes Promotion, Target achievements, process adherence, Network development, Training, and Manpower Assessment.
