Senior Manager Technical Consulting

As a Salesforce Senior Manager, Technical Consulting at Salesforce Global Delivery Centre (GDC), you will play a crucial role in managing, training, and developing the technical consulting team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing up to 35 reports, delivering technical work on Industries projects, and leading a team of Technical Consultants, Architects, and Managers. Additionally, you will work closely with customers and partners as a senior technical architect to address critical business challenges utilizing Salesforce Industries Cloud. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of Technical Consultants, Architects, and Managers, providing guidance, training, and mentoring to ensure successful implementation of high-quality solutions. - Act as a trusted advisor to clients, assisting them in deploying emerging technologies that drive increased business value. - Lead internal initiatives to expand the Industries consulting practice, contributing to the community's knowledge base and expertise. - Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to architect technology solutions that meet client needs. - Lead Enterprise Architecture and Governance for enterprise-level customer engagements, shaping the architectural vision and establishing a program architectural roadmap. - Conduct functional and technical workshops, demonstrating leadership in designing, delivering, testing, and deploying solutions. - Manage a project team of developers focused on delivering optimized solutions for Industries clients using Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud. - Ensure team success, highest CSAT, and positive business outcomes while managing customer expectations and negotiating solutions to complex problems. - Establish trust with customers" leadership, implement best practices, and manage risk areas proactively. Qualifications Required: - 18+ years of experience leading Salesforce technical consulting projects and managing individual contributors. - 8+ years of people management experience. - Strong application design, data, integration, and security architecture skills. - Expertise in Industry Cloud, Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, and Vlocity OmniStudio. - Proficiency in Integration Architecture, Platform Security, Identity and Access Management, Sharing and Visibility, Data Architecture and Management, Architectural Design Patterns, and Apex Design Patterns. - Hands-on experience with Salesforce/Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows, Lightning, LWC, web, and mobile technologies. - Proficiency in English. Preferred Qualifications: - Salesforce Certification Preferred (Admin, Developer, Sales, and Service Clouds, Application Architect). - OmniStudio Developer/Consultant certification. - Strong communication skills, ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes, and foster effective working relationships with others. - Resourceful and innovative thinker with exceptional analytical skills and conflict resolution abilities.,
