Job Description

As a Senior Manager, Technical Consulting at Salesforce Global Delivery Centre (GDC), your role is crucial in managing, training, and nurturing the careers of the technical consulting team. You will lead internal initiatives, contribute to the technical practice business plan, and recruit to build a strong team. Your responsibilities include: - Managing a team of up to 35 reports, balancing 25% billable technical work with leading Technical Consultants, Architects, and Managers - Hiring, training, and mentoring Technical Consultants to implement high-quality solutions - Serving as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them in deploying emerging technologies for increased business value - Leading critical initiatives to grow the Industries consulting practice and contribute to the community's knowledge base - Collaborating closely with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to architect technology solutions - Leading Enterprise Architecture and Governance for customer engagements and driving architectural vision - Conducting functional and technical workshops, designing, delivering, testing, and deploying solutions - Managing project teams to drive optimized solutions for Industries clients using Salesforce Cloud platforms - Ensuring customer satisfaction, negotiating solutions, and establishing trust with customers" leadership Qualifications required: - 18+ years of experience leading Salesforce technical consulting projects - 8+ years of people management experience - Strong application design, data, integration, and security architecture skills - Expertise in Industry Cloud, Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, Integration Architecture, and Platform Security - Proficiency in Salesforce/Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows, LWC, and modern web/mobile technologies - Salesforce Certification preferred - Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills As a Senior Manager, Technical Consulting at Salesforce GDC, you will play a pivotal role in driving successful customer outcomes and fostering growth and innovation within the team.
