Senior Manager - Strategic Procurement

You will be responsible for managing the IT-Governance which includes financial, planning and analysis, Vendor Management, Software Compliance, Managing of Legal contracts/SLA, and Procurement process management for multiple locations. Your role will involve collaborating with different stakeholders to develop zero-based Budgeting and Planning for Opex & Capex annually, ensuring reconciliation of software compliance every quarter for multiple locations, managing SLA with service vendors, tracking the SLA, ensuring IT chargeback with respective entity stakeholders for sign off, conducting gap analysis for every OEM software license, identifying any discrepancies if any, leading digitization of processes, and identifying project benefits at the start of a project in close collaboration with the Business team. - Collaborate with different stakeholders to develop zero-based Budgeting and Planning for Opex & Capex annually - Ensure reconciliation of software compliance every quarter for multiple locations - Manage SLA with service vendors and track the SLA - Ensure IT chargeback with respective entity stakeholders for sign off - Conduct gap analysis for every OEM software license and Identify any discrepancies if any - Lead digitization of the process being followed through with the help of internal or external teams - Identify project benefits at the start of the project working closely with the Business team Qualification Required: - B.E/B.Tech/MCA You will need to have at least 12 years of experience in a large Scale Manufacturing Industry. It is essential that you have experience in managing a multi-location IT Commercial Role, successfully managing a team of 4-5 members, and possess knowledge of Software licensing along with know-how of IT as well as Finance processes.,
