Senior Manager Strategic Partnership

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading the overall operations and strategic initiatives of the Supply Function, specifically for the US and European regions. Your role will involve working closely with CXOs to develop supply strategies for business use cases, increasing the reach and quality of supply, negotiating contracts, commercials, and agreements, introducing automation, managing campaigns effectively, and establishing strong relationships with supply partners and customers. Key Responsibilities: - Leading the overall operations and strategic initiatives of the Supply Function. - Collaborating with CXOs to develop supply strategies for business use cases. - Improving the reach and quality of supply. - Negotiating contracts, commercials, and agreements while fostering relationships. - Implementing automation across the function. - Managing campaigns effectively. - Establishing strong relationships with supply partners and enhancing customer experience. Qualifications Required: - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Creativity, resourcefulness, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. - Proficiency in analytical skills to derive actionable insights from data. - 2-4 years of experience in a partner-facing or customer-facing role. - Ability to thrive in ambiguity and a fast-paced startup environment. - Understanding of technical concepts, customer and partner use cases, and the ability to drive positive results. - Experience in leading functions in SAAS, Ad Tech, Consultancy, E-commerce, Recruitment Advertisement/HR tech, or similar technology-related fields.
