Senior Manager

Role & responsibilities-

Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Lead end-to-end sales cycles: from lead generation and pitch to negotiation and closure

Develop and grow the EPR compliance sales vertical for plastic waste management services.
Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, pitch, proposal development, negotiation, closure, and onboarding.

Consultatively sell EPR compliance services such as:

• Plastic waste collection & recycling
  
• Fulfilment of EPR obligations
  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of government regulations related to EPR, CPCB portal updates, and changes in PWM Rules.Build partnerships with PROs, recyclers, aggregators, and third-party vendors for EPR operations.Prepare sales forecasts, client reports, and performance dashboards for leadership review.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets as defined by the management.

Preferred candidate profile

• 8-12 years

  of B2B Sales/Business Development experience

• Minimum 4-6years

  in

  EPR sales

  , plastic credit models, or sustainability/compliance solutions

Industry Exposure-

• Plastic recycling / Waste Management / PRO (Producer Responsibility Organization)
  
• Sustainability consulting or compliance services
  
• Environmental tech, green logistics, or circular economy platforms
