Role & responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets. Lead end-to-end sales cycles: from lead generation and pitch to negotiation and closure Develop and grow the EPR compliance sales vertical for plastic waste management services. Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, pitch, proposal development, negotiation, closure, and onboarding. Consultatively sell EPR compliance services such as: Plastic waste collection & recycling Fulfilment of EPR obligations Maintain up-to-date knowledge of government regulations related to EPR, CPCB portal updates, and changes in PWM Rules. Build partnerships with PROs, recyclers, aggregators, and third-party vendors for EPR operations. Prepare sales forecasts, client reports, and performance dashboards for leadership review. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets as defined by the management. Preferred candidate profile - 8-12 years of B2B Sales/Business Development experience Minimum 4-6years in EPR sales , plastic credit models, or sustainability/compliance solutions Industry Exposure- Plastic recycling / Waste Management / PRO (Producer Responsibility Organization) Sustainability consulting or compliance services Environmental tech, green logistics, or circular economy platforms
