Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 13 years of experience in the field. ### Roles and Responsibility Lead a team of process consultants and development teams to deliver transformation programs using robotics, Blue Prism, and AA. Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, commercial diligence, business planning, and performance improvement plans for internal operations and global sourcing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide services across multiple client departments while following commercial and legal requirements. Analyze complex problems and deliver insightful and practical solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities and develop value propositions to drive growth. ### Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) or Chartered Accountant (CA) + MBA from a reputed institute with a good academic background. Minimum 8 years of experience in a related field, preferably in consulting or technology-led transformation projects. Strong understanding of consumer products, healthcare sectors, and investment banking advisory services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Practical approach to solving issues and complex problems, with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
