Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Manager to lead our team in the Consumer Products and Healthcare sectors, with 8-10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategy, consulting, and project management. ### Roles and Responsibility Lead a team of process consultants and development teams to deliver transformation programs using robotics and Blue Prism. Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, commercial diligence, business planning, and performance improvement plans for internal operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide services across multiple client departments while following commercial and legal requirements. Analyze complex problems and deliver insightful and practical solutions. Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Identify and mitigate risks associated with transformation projects. ### Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) or Chartered Accountant (CA) + MBA from a reputed institute with a good academic background. Minimum 8 years of experience in a related field, preferably in consulting, technology-led transformation projects, or business development. Strong knowledge of strategy, consulting, project management, and business development. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Experience in handling consulting/technology-led transformation projects and business development through proposal building and value proposition creation for client needs.
