Job Description

What are the Key Deliverables in this role

Financial Outcomes

  • Work with the Project Managers to identify the roles, responsibilities, deliverables, and timelines for SAP/Integration involved areas and ensure same is executed.
  • Reduction in operational costs due to increased efficiency, elimination of redundancies, or economies of scale.
  • Lower lifetime costs of the SAP system through efficient use of resources and reduced need for customizations.
  • Validation sign-off of solution design, effort estimation, timelines provided by Service Providers .
  • Setting up the acceptance criteria and ensure updating of process documents knowledge transfer from the Project team to SAP support teams for SAP Integration solutions.
  • Minimized system downtime and business disruption through a stable and reliable SAP environment.
  • The upfront costs required to fund the integration, including technology investments, infrastructure, and other assets.
  • The ongoing costs to support the integrated systems or processes.
  • By optimizing the lead-to-cash processes, increase the revenues, accelerated cash flows, reduce the cost of sales, enhanced profit margins, decrease the day of outstanding, improved forecast accuracy, risk reduction and the statutory complaints and financial reporting of customer statements.

Customer Service

  • Work with SAP Support Business teams as needed to resolve critical support issues (incidents) in SAP and Non-SAP landscape.
  • To improve not only the efficiency and effectiveness of the SAP/Integration Landscape but also to significantly enhance the quality of customer service, thereby driving higher customer satisfaction by faster response time, accurate order fulfilment, proactive customer communication real time visibility of the orders status, credits status, delivery and payment notifications, effective issue resolution etc.

Internal Processes

  • Hold the end-to-end ownership of SAP and Non-SAP Landscape including DB/OS and maintained up-to-date process documentation, test management tool scripts and training documents.
  • Clearly articulate the goals and objectives of the integration, aligning them with the overall business strategy.
  • Perform a thorough analysis of the entities or systems to be integrated to understand the technical, financial, and cultural aspects.
  • Improved business processes leading to faster cycle times, reduced errors, and improved throughput.
  • Continuously improve the Integration processes to improve its maturity level to best-in-class standard.
  • Work with Operations Lead to suggest upgrades patches to keep the SAP up to date.
  • Work with Applications Lead to Support audit for SAP/Integration queries.
  • Inform all stakeholders about the integration plan, timelines, and expected outcomes to ensure transparency.
  • Align with Enterprise Architects to ensure overall application architecture is protected.
  • Conduct a review to evaluate the integration process, document lessons learned and identify areas for improvement.
  • Adherence to Project Management Office processes.

Innovation and Learning

  • Learn continuously, add value to business and keep SAP/Non-SAP landscape function best in the industry.
  • Closely work business and transformation leaders to understand deep understanding on ground experience and ensure to have up-to-date business knowledge in the respective function.

What are the Critical success factors for the Role

  • Engineering Graduate/MBA with minimum 12 to 15 years of overall experience with 10 years ********.

  • Minimum 3 full life cycle project implementation in

    SAP S4/HANA and Non-SAP Landscape integrations.

  • Expert in SAP solutioning, Implementation, migration, upgrade, and administration of SAP products on various Operating systems and Databases . Strong understanding of API-led connectivity, Microservices Architecture, and Enterprise Integration Patterns.
  • Good experience in SAP Interface with third party applications to through EDI/IDocs / FTPSAP Standard/custom API tools.
  • Familiarity with SAP modules such as FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, and others
  • Implement strong project management practices to keep the integration on time, within budget, and in scope. Safeguard the integrity and security of data during and after the integration.
  • Ability to understand business processes and requirements to ensure that SAP solutions align with company goals and deliver value.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, fostering a productive and inclusive work environment.
  • Self-motivated and interested in innovation led working atmosphere.
  • Define the purpose, scope, and approach for the integration to guide all activities and decisions.
  • Manage end-to-end SAP Non-SAP Application/3rd party external Integrations for TCPL globally.

What are the Desirable success factors for the Role

  • Experience in FMCG domain.

  • Experience in small to mid-scale MNC organization.
  • Strong skills in designing scalable and maintainable integration architectures that support enterprise needs.
  • Ability to develop long-term integration strategies that align with business goals and IT architecture.
