Job Description

As a Retail Sales Manager for Passenger Electric Vehicles, your primary role will be to drive retail sales to personal customers in the assigned regions, focusing on achieving business objectives such as volumes, market share, and customer experience. Your responsibilities include: - Delivering retail targets for the city/region through dealership and alternate channel sales teams. - Managing sales in Store-in-Store/Experience Centres. - Identifying, optimizing, and conducting micro market activations within the region to optimize lead generation and conversion. - Engaging with dealerships through PV TSMs to seek dealer support and ensure dealer focus to achieve retail targets. - Optimizing test drives and conversion through special initiatives executed through dealers and alternate channels. - Developing market intelligence on customer preferences, competitor offerings, key opportunities, etc., and sharing with the Head of EV Retail Sales. - Developing and managing region-specific tie-ups to increase the value proposition of EVs. In addition, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, including serving as the first point of escalation for customers and sharing feedback with Charging Solutions & Customer Experience teams. You will also be tasked with team management, monitoring sales funnel, and directing Product Specialists to ensure retail customer satisfaction. Your interactions will involve internal stakeholders such as the Regional Customer Care Manager, Zonal Retail Marketing, and PVBU TSM, as well as external stakeholders like Channel Partners and Financial Institutions. As a desired candidate for this role, you should possess a B.E/ B.Tech & MBA in Sales & Marketing with 5-6 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably with a focus on EV/PV sales. You should have a good understanding of competition product portfolios, the ability to communicate effectively with customers, and experience in value selling concepts. Strong leadership skills, communication abilities, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. Key Qualifications: - B.E/ B.Tech & MBA in Sales & Marketing - 5-6 years of Sales & Marketing experience with a focus in EV/PV sales - Understanding of competition product portfolio and competitive advantage - Ability to communicate effectively with environmentally conscious customers - Experience in value selling concept of sales - Strong leadership skills and ability to achieve targets - Excellent oral & written communication skills in English and local language - Strong planning & problem-solving skills - Knowledge of EV/PV sales process and resource allocation Skills & Competencies: - Effective Communication and Influencing Skills - Ability to drive teams to meet targets - Result-oriented approach - Accountability & Ownership - Ability to change user behavior - Data-Driven approach,
