Senior Manager - Regulatory Reporting/BFSI - 9+ Years - Gurugram

Senior finance leadership role responsible for group reporting, regulatory compliances, audits, internal controls, and system enhancements within a regulated insurance environment. The role demands strong expertise in Ind AS, IRDAI, SEBI compliances, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities -

1. Managing group reporting and consolidation of financials in compliance with Ind AS, including coordination with the holding company for data and clarifications.
2. Overseeing regulatory reporting under I-GAAP and Ind AS, including IRDAI submissions such as BAP filings, public disclosures, Life Council reporting, new business certificates, operational BAP, and other ad-hoc regulatory requirements.
3. Handling quarterly statutory audits conducted by joint statutory auditors, including coordination with Big 4 audit firms.
4. Ensuring continuous updation and effectiveness of the Internal Control Framework (ICF) in line with process and system changes.
5. Ensuring timely SEBI compliances related to listed debentures.

Requirements -

1. Qualified Chartered Accountant.
2. 9+ years of relevant post-qualification experience.
3. Prior experience in life insurance finance and regulatory reporting.
4. Strong knowledge of Ind AS, accounting standards, SEBI regulations, and IRDAI guidelines.
