Job Description

As an experienced candidate with a minimum of 5 years and maximum of 10 years of work experience, you will play a crucial role in implementing and driving the Spares sales strategy of the Region through the Service & Retail network. Your primary objective will be to achieve desired Parts Sales, Consumption, Penetration, and enhance Channel Partner profitability within company policies and management guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Implement strategies for Offtake & Retail of Spare Parts Business - Execute Spares Processes and ensure seamless implementation - Conduct Spares Audits to maintain quality standards - Promote Spares through effective marketing strategies - Develop the Retail Network to enhance reach and sales - Gather Market feedback and conduct benchmarking activities - Provide Training & Assess Manpower to improve performance Qualifications Required: - Education: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical) - Work Experience: Minimum 5 years to Maximum 10 years Stakeholder Interactions: Internal: - Collaborate with SPD HQ Sales, BTST, Warehousing & Logistics, and Technical cell - Work closely with the Field Team including RCCM, CCM, RSPMM for promoting Parts Retails - Engage with CX Team for effective customer complaint resolution - Coordinate with IT for IT-related support & initiatives External: - Interact with Channel Partners for Sales & Schemes Promotion, Target achievements, process adherence, Network development, and Training and Manpower Assessment Desired Skills & Competencies: Technical Skills: - Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SAP, CRM Other Skills: - Strategic Thinking for short and long-term planning - Analytical skill to identify trends and make proactive decisions - Ability to handle a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities - Collaboration as a strong team player - Financial Management including Working capital, P&L statement of CPs - Negotiation Skills with expertise in Objection Handling - Sales promotion & Business Development capabilities Your role will be instrumental in driving the Spares sales strategy and ensuring the success of the Region's Service & Retail network.,
