We're seeking an experienced E-commerce/Quick commerce Senior Manager to lead our online sales efforts and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, optimizing SKU profitability, and developing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Product Listing Management:*
- List and manage products on various e-commerce platforms and Quickcommerce (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Instamart, Zepto, Flipkart Mins,
- Ensure accurate product information, descriptions, and high-quality images
2. *SKU Management:*
- Analyze SKU performance and profitability
- Optimize SKU portfolio to maximize sales and revenue
- Identify opportunities to improve SKU-level profitability
3. *Sales Strategy Development:*
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions
4. *Performance Monitoring:*
- Track and analyze sales performance, revenue, and profitability
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
5. *Team Management:*
- Lead and manage a team of e-commerce professionals
- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members
6. *Collaboration:*
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, logistics, inventory management)
- Ensure alignment with business objectives and strategies
*Experience:* 5+ years in e-commerce, quick commerce, or a related field
2. *Skills:*
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and product listing management
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
3. *Education:* Master degree in Business, Marketing,. \\
