Role Description

Designing large-scale surveys
Crunching data in STATA/Excel
Managing teams & timelines
Translating statistics into strategies
Reviewing dashboards and field reports with your research team
Turning regression tables into stories for decision-makers
Work with governments, think tanks, and NGOs
Review of survey tools received from client and translation of the same.
Quantitative analysis and visualization
Developing, coding and deploying survey tools using CAPI programs like Survey CTO.

Qualifications

6–10 years of solid research chops (quant-focused) and a pro at quant tools and have sharp analytical thinking
Grad/Postgrad in Economics/Stats/Public Policy or similar
Proficiency in statistical tools and field research know-how
Leadership mindset with a sharp eye for detail and lead projects, teams, and client conversations with ease
Experience in development, policy, or impact research = big plus
