Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Maldives for a Senior Manager Property Maintenance Management for resorts. The Senior Manager will oversee the daily operations of property maintenance, ensure efficient scheduling and execution of maintenance tasks, manage inventory, coordinate with vendors for the supply and installation of equipment, conduct audits and analyses, and implement sustainable waste management practices. The role also includes overseeing the implementation and maintenance of solar energy solutions at the resort.

Qualifications

• Experience in Hospitality, Marine or Cruise Ships
• Experience in Maintenance Scheduling and Management of AMCs
• Skills in Inventory Management and Supply & Installation of Equipment
• Knowledge of Audit & Analysis and Waste Management practices
• Understanding of SOLAR Energy systems and implementations
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Proven experience in property maintenance or a related field, preferably in the Cruise ships or hospitality industry
