Job Description

Execution of Multiple Projects ongoing, both green field and brown-field projects in Greater Noida / Noida
Responsible for the time, cost, scope, quality and construction safety for multiple projects.
MIS reports on actual progress / schedules and cost tracking. Run weekly CFT meetings and track the progress planned v/s actual
Interaction with consultants, contractors, internal and external customers.
Ensure proper availability of equipments at the site.
To establish effective systems for equipment inspection at suppliers works, FAT and SAT / record / follow up to completion.
documentation is completed for every Project as a part of good handing over.
Responsible for Installation activities and pre commissioning and commissioning activities.
Hand over the engineering documents /training / manuals to the facility management
To ensure effective Contractor Management.
Co-ordination with SCM for the planned procurement and delivery of equipment / systems at site.
Effective and timely project closure.
Drive the execution management in all engineering discipline and ensuring the design aspects are implemented during execution.
Scope Management and effective change control management throughout the project execution cycle.
