Senior Manager- Projects

Role Overview: As an Event Manager at our company, you will be the face of the organization, responsible for planning, managing, and executing a wide variety of events such as media drives, employee meets, dealer conferences, festivals, and special events. Your role will involve in-depth understanding of client requirements, successful project execution within timelines and budgets, resource scheduling, quality control, preparing project checklists and timelines, overseeing budgeting process, and successful account management of key accounts. You will also work closely with the creative team to come up with ideas as per client requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Clearly translate client briefs to relevant internal stakeholders - Ensure successful execution of projects within timelines and budgets - Schedule internal and external resources as per event specifications - Maintain quality control of external and internal resources - Prepare project checklists and timelines for smooth event execution - Oversee budgeting process with production manager - Manage key accounts through target achievement and effective resource allocation - Collaborate with creative team for ideation and idea generation Qualification Required: - Graduation/Masters in Event Management or MBA - Minimum 8 years of experience in the event/media industry Additional Details: Location: Mumbai/Gurgaon Desired Skills: - Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills - Proficiency in project planning and execution - Sound industry knowledge,
