Senior Manager, Projects, Group Development Management

You will work with Asset Managers in leading all aspects of development works, including overall development management of new developments and existing assets across different industrial and logistics projects. Your responsibilities will include conceptualising development design requirements, formulating design briefs aligned with the Company's development strategy, managing design concepts/options, design consultants, and relevant authorities for project approval. You will also handle tender and award processes, construction and contract administration, engaging service providers, ensuring projects are completed within budget, schedule, expected quality, and compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance. Regular and accurate reporting of project issues and status, as well as leading, mentoring, and coaching a small team will be part of your role. Requirements: - Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Project Management, or related field. - Minimum 10 years of relevant development or project management experience in commercial, retail, residential, industrial, and/or logistics projects. - Experience with logistics or industrial development projects. - Continuous improvement mindset, challenging the status quo, and value engineering solutions. - High level of independence, initiative, accountability, cultural sensitivity, endurance, adaptability, excellent leadership skills, and a team player.,
