Senior Manager, Projects, Group Development Management

As an experienced professional in the field of development and project management, your role will involve leading all aspects of development works for new developments and existing assets in industrial and logistics projects. You will work closely with Asset Managers to ensure the successful completion of various projects. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize development design requirements and formulate design briefs aligned with the Company's development strategy. - Manage the development of design concepts and options. - Coordinate with design consultants and relevant authorities for project approvals, tender processes, construction activities, and contract administration. - Oversee the development process from inception to completion. - Engage service providers following procurement procedures and policies to ensure projects are completed within budget, schedule, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. - Provide regular and accurate reporting on project issues and status. - Lead, mentor, and coach a small team to achieve project goals effectively. Qualifications Required: - Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Project Management, or related field. - Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in commercial, retail, residential, industrial, and/or logistics project management. - Experience with logistics or industrial development projects is essential. - Ability to drive continuous improvement in design and processes by challenging the status quo and value engineering solutions. - Demonstrated independence, initiative, accountability, cultural sensitivity, endurance, adaptability, and excellent leadership skills to lead projects effectively and collaborate as a team player.,
