Senior Manager, Projects, Group Development Management

The role will involve working closely with Asset Managers to oversee all aspects of development activities, encompassing the management of new developments and existing assets within various industrial and logistics projects. Responsibilities include conceptualizing design requirements, managing design concepts, overseeing design consultants, obtaining project approvals, managing tender processes, and supervising construction activities. Additionally, the position entails managing the entire development process, engaging service providers, ensuring project compliance, and providing regular project status reports. The role also involves leading and mentoring a small team. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in commercial, retail, residential, industrial, and/or logistics projects is required. Experience in logistics or industrial development projects is also necessary. Strong leadership skills, the ability to drive projects, and a collaborative team-oriented approach are essential qualities.
