Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining project scope, goals, deliverables, resources, budget, and timelines.
• Manage and lead project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Oversee project execution, monitoring progress and adjusting plans as necessary to meet objectives.

Stakeholder Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including senior management, clients, vendors, and team members.
• Facilitate regular project status meetings, providing updates and addressing any issues or concerns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business objectives.

Resource Management:

• Allocate and manage resources efficiently to ensure project success.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure all project team members have the necessary tools, information, and support to perform their roles effectively.

Budget and Financial Oversight:

• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.
• Monitor project expenditures and implement cost-saving measures as appropriate.
• Report on financial performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Quality Assurance:

• Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and deliverables are achieved.
• Conduct project reviews and post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure all projects comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and corporate standards.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Civil, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a senior management role, preferably in the retail industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
