Senior Manager – Sales & Marketing (Fire Projects)

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Sales & Business Development:

• Identify and convert business opportunities for

  turnkey fire protection system contracts

  .
• Build strong networks with

  MEP, Project Management, consultants, General Contractors, developers & Industrial customer.

• Lead the

  complete bid cycle

  —from pre-qualification and tendering to pricing strategy and final negotiations.
• Understand technical specifications and coordinate with design and engineering teams for accurate proposals.
• Achieve defined targets for

  sales revenue, profitability, and market penetration

  .

🔹 Marketing & Strategy:

• Develop and implement

  marketing plans and campaigns

  to promote the company’s fire protection systems and services.
• Manage the creation of marketing collateral including

  company profiles, capability statements, case studies, and brochures

  .
• Represent the company at

  trade exhibitions, technical conferences, and business networking events

  .
• Conduct

  market research and competitor analysis

  to refine sales approach and pricing strategy.
• Collaborate with internal departments—

  engineering, procurement, and execution teams

  —to ensure high client satisfaction.
